Fitness With Champions – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services, training sessions, and products provided by Fitness With Champions (FWC). By booking a session or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms.

1. Coaching & Appointment Policy

Booking

All one-to-one training sessions must be booked in advance through our approved booking system or directly with a coach.

Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed.

Arrival Time

Clients should arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting other bookings.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

• 24 hours notice or more – session can be rescheduled or refunded.
• Less than 24 hours notice – session will normally be charged in full.
• Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

FWC reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Missed Appointments (No Shows)

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without notice:

• The session will be considered used and non-refundable.
• Repeated missed sessions may result in future bookings requiring full upfront payment.

4. Health & Safety

Clients must inform the coach of any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns before participating in training sessions.

Participation in training is done at the client’s own risk, and clients must follow all safety instructions given by coaches.

FWC coaches may refuse participation if they believe it may put the client at risk.

5. Weather & Outdoor Sessions

Many sessions take place outdoors. In cases of severe weather or unsafe pitch conditions, sessions may be:

• Rescheduled
• Moved location if possible
• Converted to a different type of session

6. Payments

All session fees must be paid before or at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

FWC reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not affect sessions already booked.

7. Shop Terms (Clothing & Merchandise)

FWC sells training apparel and merchandise through its shop.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without prior notice.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, customers will be offered:

• A replacement
• Store credit
• A full refund

8. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided that:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• Tags and packaging are intact

Custom printed or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

9. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for:

• Faulty items
• Incorrect items received
• Approved cancellations

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All FWC branding, logos, and content remain the intellectual property of Fitness With Champions and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

11. Photography & Media

FWC may occasionally take photos or videos during training sessions for marketing and social media purposes.

Clients who do not wish to appear in media must notify us in advance.

12. Liability

Fitness With Champions will not be held responsible for:

• Injuries resulting from failure to follow coaching instructions
• Personal belongings lost or damaged during sessions

13. Changes to Terms

FWC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on official platform
