Focussing on Strength & conditioning, Tabata sprints, interval training, interval sprints, incline sprints, ball work under high pressure, breaking down a low block, crosses, finishes, off the ball movement, creating space, tracking runners as well as many more activities to develop onto that higher stage.

Focussing on ball work, fitness, strength & conditioning for developing children, rondo, in game play scenarios, defending, attacking, communication skills, scanning the pitch for space as well as many other enhancing activities.

Providing engaging group sessions for your organisation, staff, children, or local club. We offer a wide variety of sessions pertaining to football, fitness, boxing or mixed martial arts. We offer our hire services to various groups, businesses, Community Interest Companies (CIC) & charities. This includes employees looking for staff wellbeing days out; school clubs looking for engaging sports sessions; youth clubs during school term and over the holidays; over 50s clubs to keep active.
